OVAGRI is a Tunisian group specialized in poultry farming (laying hens, broilers, chick reproduction) and olive growing. It is composed of 8 operational companies, all majority-owned by the Chitoul and Chaabouni families, as well as by investors such as SOFIA CAPITAL and MEDIMIX.

The OVAGRI Group consists of eight main companies, specialized in poultry farming, agriculture, egg production, broilers, poultry reproduction, olive growing and marketing:
